Orders typically ship out within 1–2 business days, and you’ll get a tracking number the moment your Go Pickle kit hits the road.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Free Shipping: On all orders (heck yes!)
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your pickles.

If something arrived broken, missing, or just not quite right, let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right—whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Email us at hello@gopickle.co with your order number and a quick note or photo
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

Because this is a food-related product, we can’t accept returns on opened spice packs or used jars—hope you understand.
